Legion Fundraiser for Neon Sign – Matching Donations

Donations have been collected towards getting a new neon sign for the branch. I have approached local businesses and asked that they match what I give them in community cash donations. Neufeld Farms matched the $50 donated by Marg Vines, giving the Legion $100 in gift cards. Vicinity Lounge matched a $100 donation, giving the Legion $200 in gift cards. 

It’s the community helping one another, and hopefully members can give our sponsors some new customers by shopping there and thanking them for their donation. So far I have collected $600 for our silent auction in local business gift cards ranging from $25 – $50. The draw is Saturday Feb 12 2022 1-5pm. Prizes also include baskets and Valentine chocolates. Have a beer and treat your sweetie to a great Valentine’s gift.
